This Creator Policy is an agreement between the creator (any business entity under which the creator is associated with or an individual). The policy governs the usage of and access to platform, software offered and services.
By registering as a Creator, you agree to become bound by the policy. Digitamize Inc (brand owner of Supervity) reserves its rights in its sole discretion at any time by posting the changes on this page. Visiting this page to be updated with the latest changes is advised.
Submission of Content
In connection with registering for and using the Service, you agree:
(i) that you have the necessary licenses and permission for publishing of content.
(ii) that the content is original and are not infringing any third-party Intellectual Property Rights.
(iii) you have the required credentials, qualifications and expertise to create skills and offer the services
(iv) you will ensure a quality of service that corresponds with the standards of your field.
(v) no personal details should be shared with end users during the execution of skills. If anyone asks for the same, creator must provide the contact details of Supervity. And you should also not ask for the personal details of end user during execution of skills.
You warrant that you will not:
- post or provide any inappropriate, offensive, racist, hateful, sexist, pornographic, false, misleading, incorrect, infringing, defamatory or libellous content or information.
- post or transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, or any other form of solicitation (commercial or otherwise) through the Services or to any end user.
- use the Services for business other than providing skills using the templates provided by Sueprvity or creating your own templates.
- engage in any activity that would require us to obtain licenses from or pay royalties to any third party, including the need to pay royalties.
- frame or embed the Services (such as to embed a free version of a skill) or otherwise circumvent the Services.
- impersonate another person or gain unauthorized access to another person’s account.
- interfere with or otherwise prevent other creators from providing their services or content. or
- abuse resources of Supervity, including support services.
