Select a badge from the available options that best represents the type of recognition or praise you would like to convey to your colleague. Click on the Next button in the Supervity instruction widget.

Click on the "Who do you want to praise?" field and select the person whom you would like to give praise or recognition to by entering their name or mail id. Click on the Next button in the Supervity instruction widget.

Type a meaningful and appreciative message acknowledging the accomplishment or contribution of the individual you wish to praise. Click on the Next button in the Supervity instruction widget.

Specify the intended recipients for your praise post by carefully selecting a specific Community or storyline. This strategic approach ensures that your message reaches and resonates with the appropriate individuals who are associated with the chosen Community or storyline. Click on this "Attachment" button to include any relevant files or documents that support or supplement your post, enhancing its clarity and providing valuable information. Later Click on the Next button in the Supervity instruction widget.

Click on the "Praise" button to submit and share your uplifting message. By doing so, your words of praise and acknowledgment will be transmitted to the deserving individual, conveying your admiration and appreciation for their contributions.
