This skill guides you to easily move files within your OneDrive account, allowing you to organize and restructure your files as needed. Pre-Requisites: Make sure you had files in your OneDrive. NOTE: Please sign in to your web Outlook account and then execute this skill.

Open web Outlook.

1. Click on the "App Launcher" icon to navigate to the OneDrive application.

2. First click on the Next button in the Supervity instruction widget, and then select "OneDrive" from the available applications.

3. Type the file name that you want to move, and then click on the Next button in the Supervity instruction widget. and then press enter from the keyboard.

4. First click on the Next button in the Supervity instruction widget, and Once you find the file to move, check the checkbox of that respective file.

5. Click on the 3 dots " ... " available in the toolbar.

6. Click on "Open file location" to navigate to the file that you want to move.

7. First, click on the Next button in the Supervity instruction widget and then check the checkbox of that respective file.

8. Click on the (...) dots, in the toolbar and then click on the "Move to" option, from the list. Select "My files" from the left panel, and then select any folder to which you want to move the file.

9. Once selected the folder, click on the "Move here" button. The file will be moved from its current location to the new folder within OneDrive. Depending on the size of the file and your internet connection, the move process may take a few moments to complete. You can monitor the progress in the OneDrive interface. Once the move is finished, the file will be available in the new folder within OneDrive. You can access them by navigating to the destination folder.
