By building a suite of AI-powered solutions, this entrepreneur wants to bring down the excessive hours at work spent by employees and enable them to spend this time on more meaningful aspects of life

Did you know? The average person spends 13 years and two months of his life working. Chances are those numbers are way higher in countries like India where working days are far longer. One of the initial realisations following pandemic-induced lockdown was how much time is actually wasted in a typical workday. Travel to work, arbitrary conversations with colleagues, answering emails, taking coffee breaks, innumerable calls and meetings… and the next thing you know, the day is over.

Vijay Navaluri pondered over this, and wondered if AI can help give back something valuable to employees – time.

“We were not made to while away our valuable time on mundane tasks, machines can do that today. The solutions we’re building at supervity.ai enable the workforce to pile on these tasks on machines, and instead focus on skilling up in new-age roles that bring more meaning to our professional lives,” said the cofounder and CCO of Techforce.ai (now Supervity)

Founded in 2017, Techforce.ai (now Supervity) is the world’s first e-workforce company, aimed at augmenting people and processes with AI. At the core of its product offering is its cloud-native intelligent automation platform, which offers intelligent OCR, conversational AI, natural language processing and robotic process automation for automating various business processes across customer experience and employee productivity. Techforce.ai (now Supervity) has partnerships with Amazon Web Services, Oracle Cloud, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure and several other application product vendors.

Recognised as the “Hot Vendor Q1 2020” by HFS Research, its low-code platform enables business process digitization with user-in-the-loop automation apps for approvals and reviews. Techforce.ai (now Supervity) has been adjudged as an Emerge 50 software company in 2018 by NASSCOM, India and received innovation awards from global financial services corporates in the Fintech/automation space.

The company has 25+ global customers with a mix of large and mid-market enterprise in the financial services, manufacturing, and consumer goods sectors. Headquartered in Reston, VA, USA, Techforce.ai (now Supervity) has development and support centres in India (Mumbai and Hyderabad).
