Click gear icon and select setup from dropdown and click Next

In Quick Find box, Type Lightning App Builder, Select it and click Next

Click App Builder

Click New

Click App Page

Click Next

Give the name to the label and click Next

Select Templates as per requirement and click Next

Drag and Drop the component in the app page and click Next

Select the App page for required users

Click Lightning Experience

Add newly created app page under Lightning Experience

Click Mobile Navigation

Add newly created app page under Mobile Experience

One must sort the created app accordingly and click Next
