This skill shows the steps to follow how to register a complaint

Open CEIR

Click on 'Contact Us' icon to open contact information.

Click on 'Register Complaint' icon to register a new complaint.

Click on the 'Region' tab and select the region you belongs Once done, click on the 'Next' button in the Supervity instruction widget.

Click on the 'fault' drop down icon and select the fault you are facing an issue. Once done, click on the 'Next' button in the Supervity instruction widget.

Click on the 'Fault description' dialog box, enter the detail description of the problem you are facing. Once done, click on the 'Next' button in the Supervity instruction widget.

Click on the 'Name' tab and enter your name. Once done, click on the 'Next' button in the Supervity instruction widget.

Click on the 'Mobile No' tab, enter your mobile number. Once done, click on the 'Next' button in the Supervity instruction widget.

Click on the 'Email' tab, enter your email address. Once done, click on the 'Next' button in the Supervity instruction widget.

10.
Check the CheckBox for Declaration.

Click on the 'Submit' button.

Click on the 'OTP', enter the 6 digit OTP send to your mobile number. Once done, click on the 'Next' button in the Supervity instruction widget.

Click on the 'Submit' button.
