User creation by IAM

open AWS Management Console

Click Services
-
3.
Click Security, Identity, & Compliance

4.
Click IAM
-
5.
Click Users
-
6.
Click Add users

7.
Enter the User name and click Next to continue

8.
Tick the checkbox "Provide user access to the AWS Management Console" and click Next to continue

Under "User Type" select "I want to create an IAM user" and click Next to continue

Select Custom Password and click Next to continue

11.
Set password to the user , for password check the giudelines. Once done, click Next to continue

12.
Uncheck "User must create a new password at next sign-in" and click Next to continue

Click Next

Click Next
-
15.
Click Create user
-
16.
Click Return to users list( please copy the password as we can't retrieve the password after this step)

17.
Click Continue and verify your user in the list. Click close to Finish the skill
